Polycarbonate has glass like clarity and is virtually unbreakable in normal use. PC is easy to fabricate; it can be drilled, tapped, shaped & bent. Other benefits include high mechanical, thermal, electrical properties and excellent UV stability. Available in full sheets and cut to size. thickness starting from 1.5mm to 10mm.
Acrylic (often referred to as Perspex) is the alternative to glass with the added advantages of being lighter and stronger. Acrylic can be used in a diverse range of interior and exterior applications due to it’s excellent optical and hardwearing properties. Available in cut to size sheet, rod, square bar and tube form.
