Do you deliver nationwide?

We offer a nationwide delivery service starting from ?15+vat for most items to mainland UK. Some areas we see a surcharge some of our more Bulky Items may be subject to a Carriage Surcharge. These Items include but are not limited to Plastic Sheets, Polycarbonate Roofing sheet & Other Roofing System Products. Any Surcharge Product will be clearly Marked and Costs Detailed in the Shopping Basket.

Some areas also include a surcharge such as Ireland Scottish highlands, Isle of Wight .Isle of Man

Do you provide samples?

We can provide samples if required please get in touch with are sales team via the website email or telephone who will be more than happy to assist your needs.

Is collection possible?

Collection is possible from our Main warehouse in Ashford Kent.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Absolutely we have a great sales team waiting to help in any way they can.

Are my personal credit card details safe when ordering online?

Our payments are processed through a secure sagepay facility or PayPal so perfectly safe.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address than my billing address?

Should you require a different Billing and delivery address we can accommodate.
You will just need to enter them at checkout.

If I order after 12noon when will I receive my order?

For most items we offer a next day service. So as long as the goods are in stock we aim to get them despatched for a next day delivery.

Is there a minimum order value?

There is a minimum order valve of ?15+ vat excluding delivery cost.

What if I order the incorrect item?

Should you order the wrong item and you require it to be collected there will be a carriage charge and a restocking charge for special order items.
